UV

UV-Curable Coatings

Efficient — full cure within seconds; energy-saving — typically 1/10 to 1/5 the energy of heat curing; environmentally friendly — solvent-free, low-VOC; economical — compact equipment and thinner films; adaptable — suitable for wood, plastic, metal, glass, ceramic and almost every substrate.

Waterborne Coatings

Water as the diluent — easily sourced and purified; no fire hazard in application, storage or transport; free of benzene-class solvents; applied by spraying, brushing, flow coating, dipping or electrophoresis, making automated coating easy.

NEXT-GENEB

EB (Electron Beam) Coatings

Low energy consumption, strong penetration, instant room-temperature curing; no photoinitiators, complete reaction and no residual small molecules; outstanding yellowing and aging resistance. Hvege co-developed China's first EB flat-panel production line, with EB coatings in mature use on boards and films.

Flagship — Digital Printing

Digital printing, with the whole chemical stack from one lab.

  • End-to-end chemistry. Hvege supplies both the inkjet inks and the surrounding coating system — adhesion primer, embossing fluid, wear layer and topcoat — engineered together, not sourced separately.
  • A cross-industry process migration. The digital printing process was migrated and upgraded from the ceramics industry to SPC flooring and decorative wall panels, with mature production cases in China and overseas.
  • Performance without compromise. Photo-realistic texture and design freedom that still meets the abrasion, scratch and weathering demands of building materials.
